• 1. Open a support ticket on Apple.com here.
• 2. Navigate to Hardware Coverage and follow the appropriate prompts.

It is important that you have the following information on hand when cancelling the service:

• The AppleCare agreement number. Sign in to MySupport to look up your agreement number.
• The serial number of the device that the plan covers. Learn how to find the serial number.
• Your original sales receipt
