You can You can remove AT&T protection plans from your account at any time by following the below steps:

• 1. Sign in to your My AT&T wireless account via the web or your MyAT&T app, select My Wireless and click on the specific device for the protection plan you wish to cancel.
• 2. Then select Manage Device & Features and you will see the current features you have. Select the appropriate plan under Device Protection (i.e. AT&T Mobile Insurance, AT&T Mobile Protection Pack or AT&T Protect Advantage) and it should give you the option to take any action on the feature.

Use your AT&T phone to call either 611 or 800-331-0500 or AT&T’s plan administrator Asurion at 888-562-8662 and follow the appropriate prompts.
